Professor Jean-Marie Lehn, the winner of Nobel Prize of Chemistry at 1987, the “father of supermolecular chemistry”, paid a visit to Wuhan University and gave us a speech entitled with: Perspectives in Chemistry:From molecular to supermolecular chemistry towards adaptive chemistry.

Bo Gui, second year PhD student and Guiqing Lin, third year master student, won the National Scholarship! Huiming Ding, second year PhD student and Yingfan Zhang, second year master student, won the Academy Award! Congratulations!

Dr. Wang was invited to give a speech at Symposium on Frontiers in Porous Organic Polymers 2016. The symposium was held by National Center for Nanoscience and Technology of China on Sep 20-24, 2016. Dr. Wang gave an invited talk there.

Professor He Tian, the academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the 134th Luojia Forum and gave us a speech entitled with “Beautiful Chemistry 2.0”. In this talk, professor Tian mainly introduced his understandings about the relationship of basic chemistry research and applications in real life.“Life has been changed because of Chemistry, no matter alive or dead.” He said.
